ForteBase / The DenseDefense Suite

ForteBase is the umbrella that brings the DenseDefense products together — one platform, one evidence chain. Assess your controls, prove they hold under attack, contain new exposure as it appears, and attest to all of it with a custody trail an assessor can follow. Each product runs standalone; each also plugs into ForteFide, so what one tool observes the next can act on without re-collecting it.

What the suite does

1 · Assess

ForteFide scores your fleet against the 110 NIST 800-171 controls behind CMMC Level 2 and produces signed, tamper-evident evidence a C3PAO will accept — the foundation the rest of the suite builds on.

2 · Prove

ForteStrike is the offense: it exercises your controls under attack conditions and reports what actually held and what did not — the difference between a control marked met and a control that survives contact.

3 · Contain

ForteLock is the defense: a continuous active-protect mode that reversibly contains new exposure as it appears, so drift is held at the boundary instead of surfacing later as a finding.

4 · Locate

DenseSense finds where CUI and other regulated data actually sits — by marking, form, and pattern, reported by file and location — so the scope every control is scored against reflects the data that is really there.

5 · Inventory the AI surface

DenseAIArmour maps the AI attack surface you have taken on — the assistants, connectors, and data paths — so a fast-moving layer of your environment is inventoried rather than assumed.

6 · Enclose and attest

DDVault holds evidence in a dedicated enclave and DDWitness attests to its chain of custody, so an artifact stays traceable to its origin and provably untouched from collection to assessment.

One evidence chain, not seven islands

The value of a suite is not seven logos on one page — it is that the evidence travels. When DenseSense locates regulated data, ForteFide scopes against it; when ForteStrike proves a control failed under attack, that result lives beside the scan that scored it; when ForteLock contains an exposure, the change is recorded where the evidence package can carry it; and DDVault + DDWitness keep the whole trail sealed and attributable. Every product is usable on its own, but plugged into ForteFide they share one custody chain — so a claim you make to an assessor traces back to the tool that produced it, not to a spreadsheet that summarized it.

The products under ForteBase

Seven tools across assess, prove, contain, locate, and attest. Start with any one; add the rest as your program grows.

Available Now

ForteFide

CMMC Level 2 / NIST 800-171 scanning, auto-remediation, and signed, tamper-evident evidence a C3PAO will accept. The core the suite plugs into.
Offense

ForteStrike

Proves your controls hold under attack — a scope-gated, authorized assessment that reports what survived contact and what did not.
Defense

ForteLock

Continuous active-protect containment — reversibly holds new exposure at the boundary before drift becomes a finding.
Discovery

DenseSense

Finds where CUI and other regulated data actually sits — by marking, form, and pattern — reported by file and location, so you scope against the truth.
AI Surface

DenseAIArmour

Inventories the AI attack surface you have taken on — the assistants, connectors, and data paths — so it is mapped, not assumed.
Evidence & Custody

DDVault + DDWitness

An evidence enclave and a chain-of-custody attestation layer — artifacts stay sealed, attributable, and provably untouched from collection to assessment.
The federal finale

ForteFed

FedRAMP and NIST 800-53 for the organizations that carry the deeper federal obligation. ForteFed extends the same assess-prove-contain-attest discipline to the 800-53 control set — the same evidence chain, taken to the federal bar.

One platform. One evidence chain. Assess, prove, contain, and attest.

ForteBase is available today, with newer components opening to Early Adopters. Talk to us about running the suite in your environment — start with ForteFide and add the rest as your program grows, or walk the whole platform end to end first.
